Yet another moan about the weather, but it really has been crap. A couple of months ago I was feeling quite confident about my flying. But with the lack of practice recently, I'm getting a bit rusty.
I take an evening opportunity when the weather is OK to do a bit of practice. I've also got my annual check flight coming up.
Start with heading up to Hannington and some orbiting a fixed point. After some clearing turns, I attempt to do some stalls - recovery was fine but mostly failed to fully stall, but went into mushing stall instead.
Attempted a PFL, but was a bit worried that the chosen field was a bit close to where two tractors were working, so I bloused-out
A bit more flying around and then back to the airfield for some circuits, and finally a low hop.
Not really that pleased with my flying today - school report - could do better.
