Practice
Haven't been up for three weeks; weather is still rubbish. Every weekend flight I had booked cancelled. Snow in April - it's rediculous. So once again, the weather looks OK on Wednesday morning, so I book an evening flight.
Take off on 26 and fly up to the north. The visibility isn't fantastic, but is OK. I try some PFL's; I aborted the first, but the second goes OK. Then just spent some time whizzing about - if anyone was following me on radar, they would think I had lost it.
Then back to the airfield and landing wasn't the best, so a bit of circuit practice was definitely required. Was a treat to actually do this and it improves. Also try deliberately leaving my descent late and some heavy side-slipping to get it in.
