Practice to Ropley
No real plan for today just want to go for a bit of a fly around the local area.
After prep and checks, I take off on 26 and head towards the west. There is a fair bit of lowish cloud cover. I make a half-hearted attempt to go up through a gap it them, but decide that it probably isn't a smart idea - and anyway, they seem further away than I originally thought.
I then head off down towards Ropley and fly along the Watercress Line for a bit looking for steam trains no joy.
Eventually I head back and join overhead. Bit late on starting my descent, so I need to do a bit of side-slipping. I clearly need some practice so I do a couple more circuits that are much better.
